Welcome to the 2017 Summer Strength Registration with the Lakeville North Panthers!

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information and submit payment. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available.  Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from Panther Boosters.  You will also have the ability to pay offline.

 Summer Strength and Conditioning 2017

We are excited to offer this summer's workout through a partnership with professional trainers from ETS (MN Viking's WR Adam Thielen's gym).  

Sport specific training will consist of a strength training session as well as a speed development session that incorporates functional flexibility, plyometrics, agility, and speed endurance & conditioning.

Both sessions are designed to improve performance potential and reduce the risk of injury in athletes of all sports.  

Choose your session time that corresponds to the sport you participate in. 

 

Middle School 2017 Summer Strength and Conditioning

 -  All Lakeville Students Entering Grades 6, 7 & 8   - 

This strength and condition program is geared toward early adolescent athletes with or without previous strength training experience.  This session will also be offered through our partnership with ETS gym. 

This session teaches and stresses the basics of safe and productive strength training and conditioning. These basic progressions prepare participants for their future years in the competitive and dominant sports programs at Lakeville North. 

Sessions run 2 days a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays for approximately 90-120 minutes. 

Middle school training will consist of a strength training session as well as a speed development session.  The speed development portion of the training program focuses on sprint technique, flexibility, agility, speed endurance/conditioning, and most of all, FUN!

This program is designed to improve performance potential and reduce the risk of injury in athletes of all sports.

* Middle School Sessions take place at Lakeville North High School Fitness Center

9:30am – 11:30am  (T & Th)  ** Arrive by 9:15am for attendance

 

 

The program begins Monday, June 12th, and concludes on Thursday, August 3rd    

       (All Sessions take place at North HS Fitness Center)

 

Session 1 7:30am M,W,Th - Girls Volleyball (Grades 8-12)

Session 2 9:30am T & Th - Middle School (Grades 6-8) 

Session 3 8:30am  T & Th - Boys and Girls Soccer (Grades 8-12)

Session 4 8:30am  T & Th - Girls Hockey (Grades 8-12)

 

 

Program Cost:  $150.00 All Lakeville Students

 

**Late Registration Fee**:  

Due to scheduling needs, a fee of $25 will be assessed for ALL registrations received after May 29th. 

NO EXCEPTIONS!
